Vascular Access Registered Nurse (VARN) provides assessment and care to acutely ill patients, requiring Peripheral Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) procedures. The Vascular Access Nurse demonstrates a broad perspective of clinical practice and its relationship to unit, service, and hospital goals and objectives.
