Overview
Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Patient Transporter for the Cardiac Cath Lab at Morristown Medical Center working varied hours.
This is a flex position; candidate must be flexible with their schedule.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate will transport patients to and from the Cath Lab, EP Lab and inpatient units.
- Candidate will be responsible for assisting clinical staff with connecting patients to monitors post procedure and assisting patients with feeding, if necessary.
- Candidate will be responsible for stocking supplies in the patient bays; restocking the blanket warmer; getting breakfast, lunch and dinner for patients, as needed post procedure.
- Additionally, candidate will be responsible for exchanging out expired crash carts for new carts and exchanging out empty oxygen tanks for full tanks.
- Running additional errands as needed by the clinical staff and Leadership.
- This is a flex position; candidate must be flexible with their schedule.

Relevant Experience:
- 1-2 years previous patient transport experience preferred
