As a Certified Nursing Assistant in our 24 bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, you will partner with specially trained staff to take care of high acuity patients, such as, patients for heart transplant evaluations, post-op open-heart surgeries, heart and lung transplants, pre and post-op artificial hearts and ventricular assist devices, as well as a variety of cardiac & vascular diagnoses from around Arizona. Banner University Medical Center- Tucson is an Academic, Level 1 Trauma hospital and has expanded into a brand new tower! The tower is nine stories tall, with new patient care equipment and computers for state-of-the-art care. This position will be working 3, 12 hour night shifts; 7:00PM-7:00AM. Enjoy a flat rate $1/hour weekend shift differential and an 18%-night shift differential when applicable.
