Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited AMA Respiratory Care Program

Required Certifications/Licensure:

  • Possession of current State of Texas License

Preferred Certifications/Licensure:

  • CRT/RRT

Required Courses/ Completions (E.G., CPR):

  • BLS-Obtained through approved American Heart Association Training or the Military Training Network
  • NRP-required for Neonatal within 6 months of hire or transfer to position
  • PALS- required for PICU within 6 months of hire or transfer to position
