POSITION SUMMARY Works with the Radiologists and other personnel to provide diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Special Procedures and other areas within Diagnostic Imaging. Bonus based on eligibility #LI-MB1 Qualifications: POSITION QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM EDUCATION: Completion of JRCERT approval formal program in Radiologic Technology. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: One year general radiology technologist in IR with Neuro. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Three years special procedures. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Current Arizona Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and Certified Radiology Tech (CRT) and CPR required. PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATION: CVRT, PICC Lines Certification. SPECIAL SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to understand oral and written instructions stated in radiological and medical terms and to exchange information with patients and staff. SUPERVISES: Functional supervision may be exercised over cross-training Radiologic Technologists and/or students.
