Work Hours/Shift:
Full Time/Day

You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Conscious Sedation
  • Circulator for cardiac catheterization procedures and electrophysiology procedures and peripheral procedures
  • Coordinate effective handling of emergencies
  • Effective communication with physicians and interdepartmental staff 


Qualifications
What You Will Need:
  • Basic Life Support Certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
 
Job Summary:

The Cardiac Catheterization nurse will provide quality nursing care by assessing patient status during Cardiology

Related procedures. Demonstrates educational and managerial skills in dealing with other department personnel and

quality assurance programs. Is responsible for nursing care for those patients in the Cardiac Cath/Lab,

Echocardiography, Cardiac Rehab and Stress Testing Lab.
